  • Resonant confocal scanning mode for fast imaging
  • XY Motorized stage with peizo Z for extremely fast 3D scanning
  • 4 descanning detectors for standard confocal imaging
  • 4 non-descanning detectors for multiphoton imaging
  • All detectors are low-noise photon-counting detectors
  • Counting individual photons gives accurate repeatable quantification of fluorescent signals
  • Transmitted light detector with optional DIC optics for better contrast
  • Silicone Immersion Objectives for deep tissue imaging (>500 µm)
  • Heated environmental chamber with CO2 for live animal or cell imaging
  • Evident acquisition software
