Overview
- Deconvolution microscope for 3D live-cell acquisition.
- TIRF (Total Internal Reflection Fluorescence) module for single-molecule imaging near the coverslip surface.
- Photokinetics laser mode allows for FRAP (Fluorescence Recovery After Photobleaching Experiments)

- Inverted Olympus X71 microscope with XYZ nano-motion stage with 18 mm of XY travel.
NOTE: Stage travel is limited to an 18 x 18 mm area
- Environmental chamber with temperature control and CO2 enrichment
- Solid state LED illumination module
- Four lasers for TIRF and Photokinetics
- SoftWorx software for image acquisition and deconvolution
- Sensitive back-thinned sCMOS camera
- Ultimate Focus module corrects focus drift over time
